Winnipeg Scottish Festival
The Winnipeg Scottish Festival Inc. is a non-profit organization whose primary objective is to promote knowledge, understanding and appreciation of our Scottish culture and heritage past and present and to encourage the advancement of pipe band music in the present and for the future.

The Winnipeg Scottish Festival is an indoor event held annually during the third weekend in February at the Winnipeg Convention Centre and is hosted by the Winnipeg Scottish Festival Inc. and ScotDance Manitoba. The Festival offers pipers, drummers, pipe bands and highland dancers the opportunity to compete and receive adjudication from world renowned judges and instructors and to improve their knowledge, technique and skills in Scottish pipe band music and highland dance. This event began as a one day festival with individual piping and drumming adjudications at a local high school to a weekend festival attracting participants and spectators nationally and internationally as well as local pipers, drummers, pipe bands and dancers.
